BOOKING, DEPOSITS & REFUNDS
• A non-refundable deposit is required when booking all hair extension fittings
• Hair is custom ordered and colour matched specifically for each client
• Deposits are therefore strictly non-refundable
CANCELLATIONS & APPOINTMENT CHANGES
• Minimum 48 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment
• Deposits are transferable once if sufficient notice is given
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or missed appointments will result in loss of deposit

Due to hygiene and custom colour matching, hair extensions and fitting services are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been placed or the service has been carried out.
